  2. I'll have to try heavy thrusters soon. I did "Daniel" on Tuesday in 14:31. I was hurting a lot more than normal on the 800m and second 400m run. I'm sure I'll get 12 or 13 the next time I do it.

    I've been taking it easy this week in preparation for a 500lb dead lift attempt on Saturday so yesterday I did press max reps @ 175lbs, 135lbs, and 105lbs. Got 5, 17, 26. Later I did some DU training. Today I'm going to do a quick run or something and tomorrow I'm completely resting.
