I'll have to try heavy thrusters soon. I did "Daniel" on Tuesday in 14:31. I was hurting a lot more than normal on the 800m and second 400m run. I'm sure I'll get 12 or 13 the next time I do it.
I've been taking it easy this week in preparation for a 500lb dead lift attempt on Saturday so yesterday I did press max reps @ 175lbs, 135lbs, and 105lbs. Got 5, 17, 26. Later I did some DU training. Today I'm going to do a quick run or something and tomorrow I'm completely resting.
Mon-Thurs (6:45am) Give me a heads up if you want to go at this time. I prob won't be there unless I get a phone call or text message. 7:45am, 8:45am, 10:00am, noon, *5:00pm, 6:00pm* Friday 8:45,10,noon Saturday Noon Sunday 12:30pm (this class is free for anyone who wants to check us out)

All trainers have a level 1 certification. We also have trainers with a Level 2 cert, kettlebell, gymnastics, oly lifting, and basic barbell crossfit certs.
Fees
After graduating through our intro sessions ($25 each for 1:1), we charge $99 a month for unlimited group classes. $70 for 2 classes per week.
